Contact information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and company details — for example when you contact us, request a demonstration, or become a client.

Communications data processed by our platform: phone numbers, message delivery metadata, call records, and the content of messages sent or received through services we operate. We collect this to provide the service, not to profile individuals.

Website usage data: standard technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. Our sites use Google Analytics for this, and the data is used in aggregate to understand what people find useful and improve our sites.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate our services, respond to inquiries, send communications you have consented to receive, meet legal and carrier compliance obligations (including opt-out enforcement), and improve our products. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you opt in to receive text messages from Angstrom or from a business using our platform:

Message frequency varies by program and is disclosed at opt-in. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent to you from that number. Reply START to resubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Opt-out requests are honored automatically and enforced across every message type sent from that number.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive (such as our telecommunications carrier).

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who process it on our behalf to deliver our services — such as telecommunications carriers, hosting providers, and the form and analytics services this site runs on — under obligations of confidentiality.
A business client of our platform, where you are that client's customer and the information relates to your relationship with them.
Authorities, where required by law.

Forms on this site

When you submit the contact form, the name, email address, company, and message you enter are delivered to us through Netlify, the service that hosts this site, and by email. We use that information to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. It is not added to a marketing list.

Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, compliance, and audit obligations — including records of consent and opt-out, which we retain specifically so we can honor them. We protect information with industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls.

Children

Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
